‘Persian Carpet’ to go online in Poland

‘Persian Carpet’ made by 15 prominent Iranian directors has been selected to go online in Poland.

As the 37th anniversary of the Farabi Cinema Foundation approaches, the organization is planning to screen the ‘Persian Carpet’ after 14 years.

Considering the pandemic coronavirus, the film will be screened online.

According to reports, Iranian embassy in Warsaw (Poland capital) in collaboration with Farabi foundation and municipality of Piaschena has scheduled a program through which ‘Persian Carpet’ that includes 15 nostalgic Iranian shorts will go on screen.

The shorts, all about Persian carpet, are directed by famous Iranian directors, including Abbas Kiarostami, Reza Mirkarimi, Dariush Mehrjouee, Rakhshan Banietemad, Majid Majidi, Bahram Beizaee, Seifollah Dad, etc.
